"...buckle up for this is going to be one hell of a ride."
not yet kid
I'm sorry for telling you this but there won't be any rides for the moment. I think I was a bit psyched about having a blog being a another "new" or "first" stuff from my interestingly colorful life that I wanted to share you this electrifying feeling.
Speaking of interesting, I came along this article from Urbantimes which talks about a trio you wouldn't be encountering for some time in your lives:
A lion, a tiger and a bear comprise the beastly "Three Musketeers" of our story. According to the article, they were all victims of an abusive drug dealer when they were redeemed by the authorities and promised them a good future. Since then they were almost inseparable. You could see the affection they share with each other as a result of them hurdling the challenges life throws at them.
It was also said that when the bear (named Baloo) was sent to surgery, the two kitties were agitated and actually cried for the bear to return. Since then no one has ever separated the group. Quite inspiring isn't it?
This is what I may call an "Ideal Friendship". They haven't searched for each other themselves but fate brought them all together. Sure life will occasionally fuck them but they stood strong for they know they will always have each others back. Despite their differences, they treated each other as their kin (maybe because of the fact that they only have each other and that they were domesticated) but you know what I mean.
I may have to encounter this kind of friendship myself but being a complete misfit, this is going to be a long wait. I know for sure that my ideal compadres are there doing stuff God-knows-what but yeah, I do hope I get a chance to have them in my life...
... and preferably instead of lazying around like these buffoons, we'll be drinking our glorious triumphs together at a bright night at the Sin City.
Until then, I'm your misfit.
